XXXTentacion Murder Suspect Begs Judge To Let Him Out Of Jail
One of the suspects in XXXTentacion’s murder case wants to be let out of jail, despite being indicted for first degree murder.
According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ, Roberr Allen has been begging the judge to allow him to post bail because he claims there is no proof he committed a crime. In addition to that, he wants the judge to let him out until the trial so he can take care of his pregnant fiancé!
As we previously reported, Allen was the third suspect who was captured in July after he was tracked down and arrested in Georgia. Allen was originally wanted by cops who named him a person of interest in the killing because he was caught on surveillance video at the motorcycle dealership just moments before XXX was fatally shot.
Allen is trying to convince the judge that he will go back to his normal life if they decided to let him out. He says he’ll go back to work for a lawn care business in Broward County where he says he’s lived his entire life with his mom, TMZ reports.
As of right now, Allen, along with the 3 other suspects, remains in custody. We will continue to keep you updated on this news.
