According to The Hollywood Reporter, Netflix is already planning to restart the production on the upcoming fourth season of Stranger Things after it had been temporarily halted for the past three months. The Season 4 production might finally resume on September 17 in Georgia, Atlanta as the state pushes through with their efforts to boost the economy. This news also comes after over a month since Georgia Governor Brian Kemp had released the state’s safety and health protocols that will allow major film and TV productions to resume.

“Georgians want to get back to work and show that we can not only beat this virus but be leaders in this industry to hopefully encourage America to get back to work,” Founder and owner of Atlanta Metro Studios, John Rooker said.

Other projects that are expected to restart with their respective productions in Georgia are Netflix’s star-studded action comedy Red Notice and Disney+’s highly-anticipated MCU shows The Falcon and the Winter Soldier and Loki.
