Green Uniform Men Arrest Young Lady Who Dumps Refuse On The Ground And Forces Her To Do This

Officials of the green sheriff this morning caught this lady dumping refuse on the ground at Essien town in Calabar, Corss River state capital. 

The young lady was mandated to clear up all other refuse on the ground, and residents around were very happy and they applauded men of the sheriff for a job well done.
